Another excellent article! We all have to find the path that is right for us. That usually involves a certain amount of re-inventing along the way.

In my family of origin it was just expected that we would do well in school. Careers and college were never discussed. It was expected that we would marry and have children.

It took me a while, but along the way I garnered three advanced degrees--not what my parents expected.
