It is a problem. I see other writers who post "the best of" what they read each week or month, but outside of the boost I am not sure what can be done to increase readership. If it is any consolation to you, this still feels better than sending your pieces out into the greater writing community of literary journals where you have to wait for 3-6 months only to get a rejection at the other end of things--
